Duties and Responsibilities:

- Help with the development of new dishes and menu items
- Maintain quality controls for food preparation, presentation and flavor
- Assist with the training of new kitchen staff
- Ensure all health, safety, sanitation and hygiene protocols are followed

Qualifications:
