Mountain View Inn Denver is looking for a talented Night Auditor to join our team. As our Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing warm and friendly service while being alert to the needs of our guests and team. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and check them in & out of the hotel
- Handle guest payments and process credit card transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guests
- Ensure nightly revenue balance is accurate and up-to-date
- Monitor and control access to the hotel
- Monitor security cameras
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and front office area
- Resolve guest conflicts, disputes, and issues
Work Hours and Benefits:

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
