Duties and Responsibilities:
The Retail Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting and purchasing items in our store. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves and racks, helping with store displays, conducting product demos and creating merchandise orders. Additionally, the Associate will answer customer questions and ensure all customers leave the store satisfied with their experience.
Work Hours and Benefits:
This is a full-time position, with work hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday as well as occasional weekend shifts as needed. The Retail Sales Associate can enjoy a competitive salary and performance-based benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) eligibility.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a retail environment, possess excellent customer service skills, and have strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills. Experience in fashion and the ability to comfortably discuss fashion trends is preferred.
Training and Education:
The Retail Sales Associate will have the opportunity to consider additional training opportunities such as sales workshops and seminars, as well as vendor-specific product training.
