Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answer customers’ questions, provide product information, and respond to complaints
- Ring up customer purchases accurately and efficiently
- Scan, price, and bag items while maintaining a neat and orderly register area
- Process credit card, debit card, and other forms of payment
- Offer customers carryout services
- Balance the cash register at the end of each shift
- Assist with stocking shelves and other store tasks as needed
Work Hours and Benefits:
This position is for up to 30 hours per week and offers a competitive rate of pay. Employees are also eligible for discounts on merchandise and other benefits such as paid time off and medical coverage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
