We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to serve as our Executive Director. As the leader of the organization, you will be responsible for driving the mission forward, leading our team, and ensuring the success of our outreach initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the organization
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Support the Board of Directors in their governance responsibilities
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Hire, train, supervise, and manage staff

Work Hours and Benefits:

This is a full-time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefit package. Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm, with some flexibility for evening or weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in nonprofit management
  • Advanced degree in public policy, public administration, business administration, or related field
  • Demonstrated success in leading an organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of fundraising, grant writing, and grant management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with the laws and regulations surrounding nonprofit organizations

Training and Education:

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Master’s degree and related certification or experience in nonprofit management.
