This allows the Sales Director to have up-to-date numbers and know exactly what is going on in the territory in terms of sales via trend analysis reports, Territory reviews, etc. They are ultimately responsible for making sure that all the numbers that come in on time are posted. A Sales Administrator is also responsible for performing a wide range of administrative functions including, but not limited to, scheduling appointments with clients and candidates, sending email correspondence between recruiters and clients/candidates, facilitating communication by maintaining candidate and client records, filing reports, and also answering phones.
