The HR Assistant reports to the HR Manager and is responsible for creating and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external employees, clients, and customers. Under the supervision of the Management Team, performs a variety of administrative functions, including but not limited to: data collection and reporting, preparing post-offer/pre-employment documentation, conducting background investigations, executing new employee orientations, responding to questions from employees, and managers regarding HR Policy interpretation, resolving employee issues and tracking all activity.
