Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administrative department, including but not limited to payroll, employee development, benefits management, recruitment, and employee relations
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation
  • Recruit and screen new candidates as needed
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions
  • Ensure benefits are up-to-date and in compliance with laws
  • Maintain employee records
  • Work with departments and managers to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Research and recommend new forms of salary and benefit packages

Work Hours and Benefits:

This position is full-time with a competitive salary and benefits package, including paid time off, and 401(k).

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Human Resources Generalist
  • A minimum of 5 years HR experience
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using HR software systems

Training and Education:

The ideal candidate should also have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
