San Francisco Medical Care is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented data entry clerk to join our team in our San Francisco office. We are looking for a professional who has an eye for accuracy, a high level of communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The data entry clerk will be responsible for entering patient and financial information into our office system. This includes verifying account codes, entering patient demographics, and making sure data is accurate and complete. Additionally, the data entry clerk will verify documents for accuracy, answer and transfer phone calls when needed, manage filing systems, and record patient information and transactions into database software.

Work Hours and Benefits:

The data entry clerk will work a flexible full-time schedule of 40 hours per week and will be eligible for full benefits including health insurance, 401k contribution matching, flexible vacation and sick time and a competitive salary.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for this role must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience working as a data entry clerk. Additionally, the candidate must be proficient with data entry, database software, and Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, an eye for accuracy, and the ability to work independently are also necessary.

Training and Education:

The data entry clerk must receive data entry training from our office upon hire, and any additional related training or education as needed.
