Richmond AdVentures seeks an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our growing advertising agency. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, building media campaigns, strategizing, researching, and reporting on campaigns. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple accounts and strategically create media plans to meet client objectives
  • Perform research to inform strategy, negotiating and pricing on behalf of the client
  • Build and cultivate relationships with key contacts at clients, media outlets, and creative agencies
  • Monitor media campaigns and make sure client goals are achieved and resources are utilized effectively
  • Stay informed on industry updates and trends in order to suggest new, creative solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative campaigns and keep project goals aligned

Work Hours and Benefits:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3-5 year’s work experience in a similar capacity
  • Proven success in developing and executing successful media campaigns
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client relations skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Training and Education:

-Continual exposure and education to the principles of integrated marketing, with emphasis on advertising and media -Ability to understand how media strategies fit into the overall marketing strategies
