A shuttle driver is primarily responsible for making sure the shuttle bus is ready to transport guests at their designated time, picking up and dropping off passengers as scheduled, and ensuring the safety of the passengers while on the vehicle. They also monitor the condition of the vehicle, stay alert to any problems that arise during your shift, report malfunctions, accidents, or hazards to management on duty immediately, and perform customer service based upon company guidelines.
