Banquet servers are responsible for setting up, cleaning, and breaking down all banquet tables, cancellations, bars, trolleys, and back-of-the-house equipment, as well as following all mealtimes. They must be flexible as the nature of this position means working off-shift when a banquet hall is transforming into a recreational facility for special events. Banquets can include weddings, corporate parties, sports events, and other social gatherings.
