The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for construction management and project engineering of various transportation projects, including transportation infrastructure, traffic signals, streets and highways, and storm drainage. The Senior Civil Engineer may be tasked with developing and reviewing plans, specifications, and reports at the Division level.
