The Safety Manager is responsible for managing the safety and compliance of all operations. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and guidance to ensure all requirements are met and resolve operational hazards and complaints in a fair, timely, and professional manner. He/she will also maintain compliance with all applicable OSHA standards and legislative mandates, including environmental, health, safety & security (EH&S), ergonomics, fire protection, food safety, hazard communications (GHS), drug-free workplace (DFW) policy adoption, PPE program development/implementation (PPE), site evacuation exercises (SWE), and lockout/tagout.
