This position requires a valid driver’s license, learners permit and good driving record. Additionally, a Maintenance Specialist is responsible for installing new systems or repairing existing systems as needed; completing assignments in a timely manner when required; following safety regulations prescribed by the facility; participating in self development programs including first aid training and equipment maintenance; inspecting assigned equipment to ensure that it is functioning properly; checking calibration level of instruments on a daily basis; maintaining records detailing problems encountered by assignment.
